He also claims that the photograph constitutes child pornography. Spencer Elden alleges that this parents never signed a release authorising the use of his image on the album. Well, that baby eventually grew up and is now suing the band for sexual exploitation.

The album cover was equally iconic, depicting a baby in a swimming pool, reaching for a dollar bill dangling in front of him on a fishing hook. I am sure most of you are familiar with Nirvana’s classic album Nevermind, featuring such classics as Smells Like Teen Spirit and Come as You Are.
